At a very young age, Christine found her passion for health and Fitness. She was enrolled in several different sports such as gymnastics, soccer, and cheerleading, as well as competed in bodybuilding competitions and received her pro card. 

As Christine got older and was more involved in the gym, her passion just continued to grow. She decided to become a certified personal trainer so not only could she learn more about health and fitness, but to more importantly, help and teach the people around her to become healthier and happier too. After completing her personal training course and loving it, Christine decided to increase her knowledge and take a nutrition and wellness course.

Christine spends her time helping others achieve their goals by designing nutrition plans, pushing and motivating them through workouts and coaching them to be the best version of themselves . She believes that everybody, no matter what gender, age or lifestyle that they live, can achieve happiness and live a healthy life. It’s all about balance. People don’t know how good their bodies are designed to feel. The human body is truly fascinating and her goal is to educate and help people feel the best that they can feel. Proper form is incredibly important to Christine, and she pays very close attention to it. Another thing she strongly believes in is nutrition. Teaching her clients to have a good sense of what healthy eating truly is, and understanding that food is fuel for the body. Not only does proper nutrition help ones physique, it also plays a huge role in the health and well-being of an individual. Christine’s passion truly lies with educating and guiding her clients to understand how fitness can truly change their life.

To wake up every morning and know that I am making an impact on somebody’s life is amazing to me. I don’t just want to change a person’s body; I want to change their life.
