Kerri Bodie

Personal Trainer

Kerri Bodie is a mother of 5 children, ranging in age from 14-27, and she has worked as a welder for over a decade. For many of those years, she struggled to maintain a healthy body weight. 

Fortunately, a friend encouraged Kerri to join a local gym for morning workouts. Once she began to understand and apply the nutritional knowledge she was reading, Kerri began to see results and finally felt comfortable with her body. In total, she lost 30 lbs in about 4 months, which made a big difference on her 5’1” frame. 

Drawing inspiration from her own personal trainer, Kerri changed the direction of her life in 2014, and began the journey to become a personal trainer herself.

Fitness has been a wonderful and life changing path for Kerri. She is very grateful to be involved in a career that is active and fun, and loves to help her clients feel vibrant, strong and healthy.  

While she is excited to help anyone who is looking to transform their body, she is highly motivated to bring hope and navigation to women who are struggling with common, frustrating postpartum fitness issues. 

Kerri’s personal experience and understanding as a personal trainer delivers real solutions for real bodies every time, through a combination of dense nutrition and powerful, effective, efficient workouts.
